The roulette wheel is easy. There really isn't much to say about it actually. Other than reading this page you should make sure you check out the roulette table page as well. The roulette wheel is pretty big actually, spanning about two feet across and housing thirty-eight numbers, including two zeros. But hold on, there are actually two different wheels out there, one is an American wheel and the other is European.

The differences are very minor between the American wheel and the European one. Actually the only difference is there is one less number and that number is the double green 00. With this the house edge is increase to 5.26 from 2.7 percent. So if you were to ask me any type of strategy for this game, it would be to find a European roulette wheel, but I would never pass up roulette if you could only find the American style. It is just way too much fun.

As you can see, this is a fairly basic thing to understand when it comes to learning what you will have to interact with while playing the game. You don't have to touch the wheel, all you have to do is sit back and wait while the dealer spins it. It really does get exciting when that ball starts to drop into the wheel though. Bounce … bounce ... 'what number is it going to fall on' … 19 … 32 … nope it hits the 3. Now you have to check whether that affects you. Did you bet on Odds? Did you bet on anything that encompasses the number 3? If you did, you can call yourself a winner! The tension and excitement is overwhelming sometimes while gambling with roulette. This was the first table game I fell in love with and to this day, I can not walk past a table without placing at least one bet.
